This is the home of the Kitchener-Waterloo Swing Dance Society (KWSDS). Feel free to email us with any questions or to find out more about swing dancing in the Waterloo Region! You can also join the KW swing dance community mailing list (waterloodancing@yahoogroups.com) to receive announcements about things such as dances, lessons, and special events. Oh, and the KWSDS has a facebook group too!
Beginners and new dancers are always welcome at all our events. Come on out and give it a shot, bring some friends! If you don't know what swing dancing is like check out our videos of the best of the best. But keep in mind that they're performing... regular dancing is a lot more casual than this!

Where to find swing dancing!
The KWSDS runs several
regular dances including
Caesar Martini's every Monday night, and
special monthly dances on the last Friday of most months.
There are also many
special events that happen throughout the year, run by the KWSDS or various other groups, including workshops, dance weekends, and road trips to major regional and international events in other cities. Those are listed
here and also on the
calendar.
